Thank you, Gospel Roads!

Alpha House ended June with fresh paint on the exterior of Hill House and La Casita thanks to a group of young volunteers who chose to help the community during their Summer break. The National Salesian program Gospel Roads invites High School and College students to participate in community service work in place of your average Summer camp. On a daily basis there were 15-40 volunteers in the village from June 25th – June 29th. Tropical Storm Debby only interrupted day one and the students arrived first thing Tuesday morning ready to work to make up for lost time.
