Do you have gently used or new items you’re willing to donate or purchase? Alpha House of Tampa has generated two wish lists made of general items and ‘Shop Around the Corner’ items HERE. Alpha House of Tampa has implemented a vision of our own “Shop Around the Corner” where our teen girls can purchase items with an earned token as a reward for good behaviors. Fundamentally a Token Economy is a form of behavior modification whereby tokens are rewarded for appropriate behavior and the tokens may be cashed in for valued rewards. Going to school every day, keeping their room picked up, and attending counseling are just a few of the healthy behaviors that we what to encourage each of our teens to do so that they can develop responsibilities in their lives.
Please drop off all donations at our Rosalie Center located at 201 S. Tampania Avenue, Monday – Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm. Don’t forget to fill out a tax receipt with the receptionist and we’ll deliver the letter by mail.
