Are you pregnant? Are you a mom with young kids who needs a safe place to stay? All adult applicants to Alpha House’s programs must complete an Intake form to determine eligibility. Those individuals identified as meeting criteria will be placed on a waiting list if no beds are available. Please contact our coordinator at (813) 875-2024 to set up your appointment. If you are a community based provider and are working with a minor client, please complete the forms provided. The forms are available to complete online or you have the option to print and fax.
Eligibility Criteria: Women, 18 years of age or older, who are homeless and pregnant or parenting. Teens are referred to Alpha House through the Foster Care system.
Target Population: Women can be self-referred. Teens that are pregnant or parenting are referred through the Foster Care system. Our young adult women (18/over) meet the federal guidelines for homelessness.
